Dozens of oceanfront condos, homes and multi-units line this street and have cliff front ocean views. You are noticeably high up on the cliff so the views can be pretty dramatic looking down.
Plan to budget around $800,000 and up for a 2 to 3 bedroom oceanfront condo in San Clemente. Of course, the price goes dramatically up depending on the size and location of the condo.
