The Talega area is rich in short sale deals and the Terra Linda community is no exception. Terra Linda is a great place to find large two story Spanish and Mediterranean style homes in the low $600,000 range. When it comes to short sales it helps to have an approved price from the bank. Often times real estate agents will advertise their listing as "Approved Short Sale." Basically, this means that they had a previous offer that was submitted to the bank at a certain price.
