The Shorecliffs area of San Clemente is well known for having wonderful ocean views by the beach. Building a home in this area may be a great alternative than buying a re-sale home that are often priced in the $700,000 to $800,000 range. Buying land in San Clemente can be difficult due to the shortage of inventory of quality lots for sale.
