Richmond Pointe is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the area of Rancho San Clemente for a variety of reasons. First, the location is really prime and can offer some really views that include ocean and hill views. Second, the neighborhood often offers some of the most affordable real estate prices when compared with other communities throughout San Clemente making it a good value for the money. This is also true for rental homes in this area which are very much soft after. For the most part, the large majority of rentals found in this community will be long term which is normally a 12 month period to start. The most common time for rental properties to come on the market will be in the spring and summer months as these are the easiest months to rent out a property here in San Clemente. Each property is individually owned here so some will allow for pets while others will request no pets.
Rental real estate prices in Richmond Pointe will vary depending on the size, condition and if it has a view or not. The below rental chart shows 25 properties that were leased out in Richmond Pointe over the past several years. Recently these homes have lease out between $3,195 to $4,000 a month and are typically on the market for less than one month if priced correctly. The inventory of rental homes on the market right now is very limited so expect others to be interested in the same property that you might be interested in. Having good FICO scores, steady paychecks and money in the bank will give you an edge over other renters. For those with less than stellar credit we always recommend writing an explanation to the landlord going over the conditions on why the credit is lower than it should be.
