Harbor View Community Ocean View Homes

The Harbor View community is one of my favorite communities for finding great ocean and harbor view homes in the Rancho San Clemente area of San Clemente.  These are large estate homes that can reach up to 3,000 square feet of living space and offer a variety of one and two story detached homes.  The location is really ideal as it's located at one of the highest ridges in the Rancho San Clemente area that can offer sensational views.  Not all homes in this community will have views as these are limited to homes located on the perimeter of the neighborhood.

Real Estate prices are surprisingly affordable for ocean view properties in this size of a home and currently run under $1 million dollars.  The homeowners association dues is very reasonable at $85.00 a month plus an additional $125.00 that is paid on a quarterly basis to the Rancho San Clemente association.  Rancho San Clemente is located halfway between the beach and the new Talega community in San Clemente.  Driving to the beach and the downtown San Clemente area will normally take around 10 minutes with local grocery stores and restaurants located at the base of the community.  Ocean view homes normally start in the $600,000 range but don't offer the large scale floor plans that Harbor View homes provide.  For additional information on this community and buying an ocean view home please call us at 949-291-0424.
