The year 2020 will remembered for a variety of reasons and was surprisingly a good year for real estate in San Clemente, California. The market was good for the first couple of months at the beginning of the year and slowed down dramatically due to the nationwide shut down that occurred in March and April. Of course, that didn't last long as COVID19 caused many home buyers the urgent need to find another home that was more suited for staying at home. We experienced a lot of buyers coming from the big cities looking to own a home with more land and more interior space.
